The application supplies state, source, updatedAt, and optional detail.
There is no wall-clock timer or freshness inference. Connected transport alone
does not make data current, and missing values do not imply health or zero.
Data quality, Source, and Updated use DescriptionList's details layout: muted labels on the left and right-aligned values in wrapping 40/60 columns. The report state is a text-only badge. EntityPreview reuses OperationalStatus for the same presentation.
All timestamps use epoch milliseconds and render as UTC to the second, YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS UTC, the
same rendering every OPERATOR status display uses. Zero is a valid timestamp. The date and time can
wrap separately, and UTC stays with the time. Milliseconds are not shown, and a time is never
rounded up; the time element keeps the exact ISO value for machines.
Missing, null, and invalid timestamps display Time unknown in the Updated row. Use detail to explain stale
thresholds, missing coverage, degraded quality, or last-known values.

Accessibility
- Each presentation is a named Data quality group with native label/value relationships.
- Every state includes readable text alongside semantic color.
- The component does not announce high-frequency report updates automatically.
- Application descriptions preserve their supplied casing, and a long source or description wraps.
- The forwarded ref targets the root div; ordinary div attributes are supported.
